Funnels and Setters was founded by Logan Hanselpacker and Thomas Stiller, who bring years of experience in client acquisition, performance marketing, and structured outbound systems — with a focus on measurable outcomes and regulatory integrity.
Prior to launching the firm, both founders worked with client acquisition companies across North America. Their roles spanned lead generation strategy, survey design, contact cadence systems, and appointment conversion. Over time, they saw consistent gaps across the industry: lead vendors lacked sales structure, compliance awareness, and any post-lead support for advisors trying to grow.
In 2021, while completing their business degrees at St. Francis Xavier University, Logan and Thomas led national fundraising efforts on behalf of the Canadian Mental Health Association and the Victorian Order of Nurses. These projects demanded real-time communication skills, trust-building, and the ability to influence high-stakes decisions — all of which became foundational to how they now coach and scale advisory growth.
