Terms of service

Funnels and Setters provides marketing, lead generation, appointment setting, and sales process support services to licensed financial advisors in the United States and Canada. Our services are business-to-business (B2B) in nature and designed to help advisors grow their firms by connecting with prospects interested in financial planning.

We do not provide investment advice, tax guidance, legal counsel, or insurance product recommendations. Any financial interactions between advisors and prospects facilitated through our services are the sole responsibility of the advisor.

To use our services, you must:

• Be a licensed financial professional in good standing in your jurisdiction
• Be authorized to solicit and advise clients in the region where you operate
• Agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry rules, including those from regulators such as the SEC, FINRA, IIROC, or provincial/state securities commissions

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of our services complies with your firm’s compliance protocols and licensing requirements.

Funnels and Setters commits to providing:

• Exclusive leads (not shared or sold to other parties)
• Leads that have completed a multi-step qualification process
• Verified contact information
• Prior express written consent in accordance with applicable laws (TCPA, CASL)

We cannot guarantee outcomes from any specific lead, as results are affected by multiple factors including advisor sales process, follow-up speed, and call cadence.

As part of our service, we may provide:

• A branded CRM system for lead tracking and appointment scheduling
• Access to internal or outsourced appointment setting teams

These tools are provided for operational convenience. All final responsibility for the content of communications and client engagement rests with the advisor.

Funnels and Setters is not:

• A registered investment advisor (RIA)
• A broker-dealer
• A financial planning firm
• A tax, legal, or insurance advisor

All decisions related to financial products, services, or strategies must be made independently by the advisor and the end client. We accept no liability for any financial outcomes resulting from advisor-client interactions.

Our marketing and communication practices are designed to be compliant with:

• The Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) (U.S.)
• Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL)
• CAN-SPAM Act

It is the advisor’s responsibility to review, approve, and remain compliant with communications made on their behalf, and to ensure their own outreach aligns with the appropriate regulatory standards in their jurisdiction.

We handle all lead data securely and in compliance with applicable data protection laws. Data is stored using encrypted systems and access is restricted to authorized personnel. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information.

All content, branding, marketing materials, and systems developed by Funnels and Setters remain the intellectual property of the company. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

Funnels and Setters is not responsible for:

• The performance or actions of any financial advisor
• The outcome of any advisor-client interaction
• Any damages, losses, or claims resulting from use of our services

We provide no guarantee of specific financial results and do not warrant the completeness, reliability, or accuracy of any prospect information beyond what is collected through the lead form process.

Funnels and Setters reserves the right to suspend or terminate service at any time for violations of these Terms, non-compliance, abusive behavior, or any activity that jeopardizes the integrity of our platform or clients.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located therein.
